Keep up! Keep up! Keep up!

The inner struggle to face one news after another, makes me look like at this photograph. Polish government became a master of making people feel concerned, even many kilometres away from this country.

At the same time, I feel like it layers with the pandemic situation when many of us – who didn’t nail mindfulness – close our eyes, pretend we don’t see and put a smile on our face.

Remember, when you fake a smile, you have this special power to trick your brain that will read the muscle movement as a sign of a good feeling. You may look as stupid or as creepy as me, but it’s worth a try, isn’t it?
