This product is made from 100% organic cotton. Growing and processing organic cotton is much more environmentally friendly than conventional cotton – it takes on average 70% less water and 60% less energy to produce. Furthermore, it does not use genetically modified seeds or toxic chemicals.
How to care for organic cotton with embroidery:
- it is best to use cold wash or maximum 30 ° C water temperature, if possible choose a delicate wash cycle
- preferably use a mild detergent
- wash inside out with similar colors
- re-shape while damp
- preferable air dry or tumble dry – low heat
- can be ironed at medium temperature
- do not wring out embroidered garments
- do not rub stained embroidery
HOW TO FIX YOUR PATCH:
You can sew it on or iron it onto the fabric. In the second case, watch this video from 52 seconds on or read the instructions below.
1. Place it on the fabric: Position the back of the embroidery onto the garment where you want to fix the badge.
2. Set your iron at 150 °C, no steam.
3. Pre-fix onto garment: Put a clean cloth over the badge and press shortly with the iron to fix the badge to the garment.
4. Final fixing: Turn the garment inside out, taking care not to detach the badge as it is not yet completely fixed. Iron at 2 points, no steam, pressing hard for 15 to 20 seconds from the fabric side.
Important information for use:
– Wait 48 hours before use until full adhesive force is reached!
– The glue is reactivated each time it is ironed.
– Ensure that the fabric can withstand the ironing temperatures.
– Heating above 160 °C for more than 30 seconds might harm the materials.
